I think one should collect what they like. The problem with collecting with a theme or focus is that it can get too narrow or sort of force you to seek something just to complete your set.
My particular interest is in simple and clean designed watches of various watch makers Including Rolex, JLC, PP, PAM, Omega currently but I hope to add VC, GP, IWC, Lange and GO lines eventually. There really is quite alot out there and it's more free form.

It was funny Chris. I wasn't sure if you were talking about the wine pic or the Geneva Seal, which may lead you to thinking that I appreciate watches with that level of workmanship, which I do!
