YM style bezel is problematic to mockup. But that could be mocked up like a YG Sub with white dial, would give you a general idea how it could look like if you want

Cool thanks! Yeah there used to be a YG YM with white dial, black markers. I think that version also had a blue dial option but the blue was not as bright as today’s YM blue. After seeing the mock-up, I think probably the standard blue submariner is still the way to go for the gold/blue nautical theme. Thanks again!

Yeah! Cool piece. Was thinking that something like this with the new monotone/matte ceramic bezel in blue (or black) could be cool- then nauticalize it with some blue somewhere. To me, the YM needs a full gold option with gold bracelet, and not just oysterflex.

The idea is a YM 40 version of the YM2 color way - I like the nautical color theme of the YM2, but I think a lot of members aren’t crazy about the size of the watch, the cluttered dial etc of the YM2. So the idea is a YM 40 in either white or yellow metal, a blue bezel (but matte like the RG YM 40), a white dial with white markers, red “Yachtmaster” text and red seconds hand. Whether it’s on a strap or metal bracelet I leave to your creativity.

Yeah it is interesting, because I don't mind the colorway on the gold YM2, but it doesn't seem to work on the YM for whatever reason. Thanks!

Think it does look good on the President, esp with the fluted bezel, initially I preferred the DJ41 with fluted on Oyster but I'm liking the Jubilee on it more and more, works really well.
