My second and third are a different story.

I agree with not bonding with ceramic black dial. It’s less recognizable that a standard submariner. No date and hard to read. The white ceramic is a different story in my opinion.

How do you guys feel about the future value of this particular generation of the Daytona? Value goes up or down and lastly, for $16,820 did I do ok? LOL

Thanks for sharing! I just got mine last week and love it so much. I have the white, but I’m thinking about getting a black as well (down the line).

Congrats on getting back a piece that you love. Not to take this thread off topic but, how safe is chrono24? Is there any protection for the buyer or is it like navigating flea bay

Congrats on getting your Daytona back.
I picked mine up one and a half year ago.
Mint full kit dated Feb 2016 for $15k US.
The 520s are both sporty and dressy.

I've bought from there several times, through direct payment to the seller and this time through their escrow service. It was super fast and safe, no complaints at all, pretty much everything you'd expect from a company that literally facilitates the sales or high dollar items on a regular basis
