The DD is a great watch and I like them in 36, 40 and 41 mm. If you could set aside the cost for a minute and see which one you like and would want, then you have the answer. I have a larger wrist, 7.5-7.75, and think the DD II is perfect for me.

I prefer the 40 due to the updated movement and ceramic sleeves for the bracelet. My vote goes to 40.
