Not for me. I use a watch hard. Racquet sports, climbing, hunting safaris etc. and I have found that the ceramic bezels snag on rocks, tree limbs etc. much more than the metal bezels. Plus, I’ve been successful in cracking one on a rock. For a dress watch or one used lightly maybe - but there I prefer a fluted bezel.

Totally agree on the multi colored bezels. The uneven ano fade like on old pepsi GMTs annoys me.

I fully agree. Love the shimmering of the bezel. Eye catching. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not really, metal ones look good too, I also have the ceramic ones, it really depends on your suit and shoes, to be honest.

The Pelagos bezel is the best IMHO, ceramic without the useless bling. With the integrated lume bonus too.

Well heck, that’s no good! I remember NASA had trouble with cracking ceramic tiles on the space shuttles also. That is disconcerting but probably an easy fix?

I have both Ceramic and Aluminum.
I have a strong preference for the aesthetics of aluminum. |

For Rolex I much prefer ceramic - they look amazing. For Tudor I like the understated charm of the aluminum bezels.

I have two ceramic bezel Rolex models and love just about everything about them - design, durability, crisp engraving - except that they are a bit glossy for my taste. I'd love to see Rolex offer something with the Liquid Metal Technology that Omega uses. Very durable and kind of satin finish....

Why is sliced bread such a great thing? Isn’t it just a sign of humanity’s laziness - is it really too much effort to pick up a knife and cut a piece if bread to your own specification?

It was a forced cosmetic feature which has little to no operational benefits.
And yes, I own both; Blancpain does it best. |

I generally love the colors and bright finish of the Cerachrome bezels, except on my favorite watch, the BLRO. C'mon Rolex, WTF?? The BLNR showed us you didn't forget how to do blue. So whatup wit dat?
anybody think Rolex may update the BLRO bezel with newer more vibrant shades of the classic blue and red?
