Hi everyone!!! Sorry bit of a whirlwind day as I ran out of work to buy it with the S/O and came back to some work backed up. I was offered JC DSSD, Polar Explorer II, and Sub Date. I was also offered SD43 but had to go in that day or it was offered to next person in line. (Unfortunately that wasn’t an option on call day and I hope they had it today as well but it wasn’t meant to be.)

I absolutely love the dial on the JC DSSD but it was too bulky as I wanted something with a smaller profile and different from my bigger Super Avenger and Omega PO. Alas, I always wanted the iconic Sub Date. I’m fully aware of the potential pending updated Sub with the 3235 movement but this true and tested iconic 3135 will be just fine. Besides not having any prior conversations let alone purchase history with this AD, I would doubt that I would be anywhere near the top of “the list” for/if they do come in later this year. This is a very special occasion for me and major milestone to have an iconic watch I’ve admired for a long time!

Stand by for the pictures!

If it was there it would’ve been a very tough decision! The S/O said to get that one next!

Haha, supplies of watches must be greater in the US compared to the UK, doubt that anyone could walk into an AD ask for a Stainless Steel Professional Rolex and walk out 4 days later with a sought after Sub Date.

Well done and congratulations.

Sorry guys, rookie question here. When I click on the picture icon it’s asking me to enter the URL for it. I can’t directly post pictures from my phone otherwise? Thanks in advance!

Which NJ AD?

I've had good luck with 2 of them.

Sorry gents, it appears I don’t have the ability to attach pictures probably due to my low post count. As soon as it’s available I will share!

Great choice, great watch, hope you enjoy it. And while I know it's being nosy, I'd love to know the AD you shopped at. I live in North Jersey and have my go to dealer, just curious.

How long did you have to wait for your Hulk??

Do you have any “connections” at the AD, or you a regular guy like myself! lol

I really would love to get a new hulk. I am thinking about playing the waiting list game vs going grey market

Thank you everyone, I couldn’t be happier! For those that asked the AD is Lee Perla in Hackensack, NJ. They’ve been absolutely class since the first communication.

Nice photo's bro. Did you pick up the last Rolex in the store? Look at them cases? Completely empty.
