Just vibrate, can’t stand the ringing noise.

My wife's ringtone is the opening song of dowton Abby. She loved that show. Her text alert is “What is thy bidding my master” said by Darth Vader after being summoned by Darth Sidious as she’s usually texting me my orders for the day.

My general ringtone for everyone else is the opening song of season 1 of the Mandalorian. My general Text alert is Mcgregor’s Kenobi “Hello there”

"Semper Fidelis," unless it's a Marine calling, then it's "The Marines' Hymn."

My general ringtone is Heaven- Los Lonely Boys, my phone rings Etta James- At Last when my husband calls, Garth Brooks- Friends in Low Places when my brother calls, Pointer Sisters- We are Family when my older sister calls, Elvis Presley- Little Sister when my baby sister calls, a voice screed “it’s your mother calling” when my mama calls. I had Flight of the Valkyrie for my daddy and Margaritaville for my best friend- both of whole have passed. I have a number of other ringtones for friends. It makes me smile every time I hear one of them call me

I use the Cosmic ringtone on iPhone.

For alarm, I have to switch it every 2 weeks so that I don’t start tuning it out and hit the snooze too many times.

Being long retired, a busy day might be one phone call. I never get spammers (touch wood) so I am always happy to hear the instrumental introduction to Jethro Tull's "North Sea Oil".

I used to have that same problem with meeting reminders, so I set that tone to be the same as my ring tone so I am more aware of it.

I had that for my mother.

When she died my daughter sent me a WhatsApp message saying ‘what is this I saw on Facebook? Ding dong the witch is dead’.

I did laugh at that though her mother still tells her off for it many years later.

I switch it up every few months & have special ones for the seasons & holidays.

Currently using Paul Desmond's sax intro of Dave Brubeck's "Take Five"; just rotated off Clapton's opening guitar riff from Derek & The Dominos' "Layla", & sometimes use this one for fun: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3v7QC6Bl_7E

Every now and then I get bored and make myself some custom new ones.

People I want to talk to - Clip from opening theme to Top Gun, quiet and subtle.

Everyone Else - Silent, no vibrate.

My best friends have a baby and anytime the wiggles comes on when I'm over, that's generally my cue its time to head out lol. Like nails on a chalkboard 🤣

On the bright side, I imagine you never get mixed up with anyone else's ringtone

I had that for a long time! Then went to Ripple (my favorite song) and recently I've been using Stanley Clarke's "School Daze."
