Having worked in retail in various positions for most of my life, I have seen the holidays bring out the best and worst in people. I would like to see some civility and respect when interacting with store associates as well as fellow shoppers.Remember that "please","thank you" and "excuse me" can go a long way when dealing with people. Often just a smile and a kind word or two can really brighten your cashiers day. Remember that cashier or clerk is someone's mother or daughter. End of rant!

Looking forward to time at home whilst not working and going to the beach on Christmas Day

with the exception of cars....just throwing that out there for those that will likely make a point of it when the time comes....but even that....selling the GTR...
That's very sad to hear my friend.
I hope you get it all sorted and have a brilliant 2022.

Kids have grown, and there are no new little ones yet to replace them.
Having experienced many different kinds of Christmases, can honestly say that the ones without little ones around are rather lacking (long self-pitying sigh)

I appreciate that. Thank you.

I tend to be pretty positive. I expect thing will turn around soon enough. But dang, what a year…

Been through a few of those myself.

Believe it or not sometimes downsizing is a blessing in disguise.

Hope you get back on the happiness track soon.

Thanks brothers. Appreciate it.

I just tell all my friends and family who ask to do some extra random acts of kindness through the season. Give the homeless man a few bucks, hold the door open for the elder walking slowly through the parking lot, smile more and try to spread some positivity and slow down a bit this Xmas season.

I've got everything I want otherwise.

The process of downsizing for me was extremely tough. But after it was over it was extremely freeing. Wishing you the best through the process. And I look forward to seeing what good news 2022 holds for ya.
