Thanks for the recommendations all. I noticed there's too much cushion on the back of the chair that is pushing me forward in the seat. I have found if I force myself to sit farther back in the chair, it's not as bad. Maybe it will break in over time.
I've been going into the office the past couple weeks and haven't been using this chair much. But I'll work from home a few days this week. I'll decide at the end of the week if I'm going to return it. It's such a hassle to return the chair, you should see how big the box was it was delivered in. No way that's fitting in my Acura. Herman Miller Aeron chair. Been using them for 25 years sometimes 7 days a week and 12+ hours a time. I recommend the most expensive model with all the adjustments. I bought the one I have at home now 15 years ago and still going strong.
