My watch collection is worth about 150x what I paid for my daily driver. No, that's not a typo. It was a very cheap car.

No, I have a corporate car with an MSRP that is lower than the gray market value of my top watch.

Feels like a good balance to me !

I think the Corvette and the Daytona is a good balance.

I drive an audì with 250.000 km 16 years old…so no is not balanced and make totally sense for me. Car are espensive to maintain, tax, service, wash, fuel. Watches don’t need to “eat”

Here’s my contribution— so I’m not going to bother posting my whole collection and which watch goes best with which vehicle - BUT I feel like this one is too damn good of a combo not to post !!

So steel ceramic Daytona of course -
Note the black and red colors and black and red theme of the car - and also just the racing Motorsport heritage of the Daytona pairs well with the BLACKWING V series Cadillac !! I’ll also include a picture of our Escalade as well.. as you all can see I’m an MODERN Cadillac fan.. brand is awesome now (not so much in the past)

I’ll have to tell my AD that the white steel Daytona sure would match the Escalade way - I’m going to tell them I need it ASAP so I can post on this thread !! Lol !!

Enjoy !

GMT and Volvo XC90. I like to think I am fully embracing “Dad mode” with two young kids and these two items will handle some mess nicely. More fun things when the kids are old :)

I don’t know what a “balance” between my car and my watches means, or why there should be one. Here’s my car. I have a few watches including a Rolex, IWC, Omega, Tudor, a couple of Oris, a Seiko turtle and a MoonSwatch.

Yes, reliable, rugged, no overly expensive, not really fashionable.
