18. I was torn between an IWC Mark XVII and a Rolex EX I. I stumbled across a used black 216570 at my local AD for a stellar price. I went home to think about it, called back and someone had put money down on it. Lucky for me, they changed their mind!

Thanks and Congrats to you too!! I'm also getting a sub but no date for me :) Both are great watches though. Can't go wrong with the sub for such a young age, with whatever clothes you wear. It's the best all around watch!

21. I'm British and at 21 I began working for an US chemicals company in sales. Six months in I became their top sales person and Junior Manager. I congratulated myself with a steel Datejust. 6 months later I clapped myself on the back again with a half gold oyster quartz, then a half gold Sub with blue dial and finally a solid 18k Presidential about 2 years into the job.
