I’m truly shocked that they used a fake Sub on a series like 24 – horrible dial marker surrounds, crappy date font, dodgy bezel insert, etc. etc.

Maybe Jack had been holidaying in Patpong Market and wanted to save a few quid?! How much did that series gross? $200m? $300m?? You’d have thought they could have stretched to a $5K Sub or use one of Sutherland's. Shocking…

From the Blurred Lines video. If you have not seen the video yet, well, you should.

He walks funny. Must be that huge stick up his a$$.

So, how could you tell it was the new GMT Black/Blue? I could barely make out that it was a Rolex.

The watch is obviously a Rolex. Look at the maxi dial. And you can see the bottom half of the bezel has a blue tint to it.

It does look like one and it's certainly a great choice for someone on the road

You know John frequents this board. I wish he'd just post and confirm for us haha

If he is reading, I'll be at the AC show!!

In all seriousness, I'm not sure what else it could be. It definitely has a black maxi dial, is SS and has a cyclops. It also appears to have at least a black top half of the bezel. That leaves a SubC, GMT II LN and a GMT BLNR. John has called the SubC LN the "all-too-standard issue", so doubt it.

I know he has a GMT II LN, but haven't seen him wear that in years. The BLNR just hit stores, and it makes sense it'd pop right up on his wrist. I remember him having The Hulk as soon as it came out.

And finally, I swear I see the blue in the bottom half of the bezel.

Think it ties into Jag heritage when they raced in British racing green...very close to this color and associated closely with Jaguars...Shame the new owners have decimated the brand...this is what happens when a tradition is taken over by anyone from outside that brands home country...moves production and then...ruins it. VW done exactly same to Bentley. (contrast what BMW have done with Rolls...left it where is was...funded development and allowed Rolls to stay totally authentic)

Took this shot tonight on my Samsung LED of Camilo Villegas wearing a Hulk...I've read a few threads that this Colombian pro golfer is quite a Rolex ambassador.

Just my opinion, but I wouldn't leave the house wearing a hulk with that blue shirt.

It would simply have to be a smurf.

Didn't mean to say it looked bad per se, I'd just hate to piss that guy off in any way, shape or form! ;-)
