I would say this. I am certainly not a big spender (4-5 watches from both Omega boutique and my AD). But, I have a long term relationship with them, committed early, put down my deposit and waited just like everyone else.

Most important, I really enjoy and value my friendships with both places and they valued mine.

Great question. I think for us ole timers.. we have gone through the highs and lows of collecting from Patek to AP and many brands across. At this time, I think the collection has all the basis covered. Content.. happy .. good state of mind
