Thank you Stephen, it took me a while to figure out if I needed more than one Speedy, but these two are so different that I think they can coexist |

Snoopy 2 certainly is a rare one The only thing I can think of is to get two braclets so you can more easily share with your wife (sort of). I’m curious … what was the problem you had with the flat link 321 bracelet? |

I went through the exact same thought process between this and the new white dial Speedmaster Pro. Luckily, I WAS able to see this before buying it. The seller had bought it new in 2022 and it’s been unworn in his safe. I posted a WTB ad on a Canadian watch forum and he replied. Luckily he lives about 2 hours from me, so I sheepishly asked if I could see the watch in person before committing. He graciously obliged Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong either way. My thinking went along the lines of wanting something that felt a bit more special on the wrist. The dial really is the star of the show (as much as the caseback is very cool and well executed). I hope you can see one sometime soon Mike |

My wife has had a look at the pictures of the new white dial Speedy and compares it to her Snoopy 2. I think she still prefers Snoops but unfortunately she has become more aware of what they cost now and it is spoiling the experience for her now. She wears it on the shorter version of the strap and I use the standard version of the strap on my Moonwatch. As far as the two bracelet idea goes, it's an idea, but wouldn't to be easier to just get a second watch altogether? Just a thought! I'm not sure how much she likes the Snoopy 3, she doesn't wear it much, she prefers the second version. This is not helped by the compromise we have with the strap. We have found that the best way for us both to be able to wear it is if it's fitted with the short version of the strap on the buckle end and the standard length version on the tail end side of the strap. I'm the opposite, I prefer the third version and the longer I have it the more I like it. I might be able to convince her to let me put it on a bracelet soon as she doesn't wear it much. Fingers crossed! Just after I bought the 321 it fell off! The clasp had come apart. It did this again but I was lucky in that the watch had fallen onto a carpet the first time and I was half expecting it to happen again and I caught it before it hit the ground the second time. The spring bar holding the middle section of the clasp to the outside section (the visible piece of the clasp when it is on the wrist) had come out both times. When I had a look at it the spring bar hole appeared to be too big, or the spring bar was too small. The spring bar was loose in the hole anyway. I took the watch back to Omega who sent the bracelet away to the UK service centre to investigate. When I bought the 321 the boutique gave me an Omega leather strap with a pin buckle with the watch. When I took it back the leather strap was fitted which I liked. The clasp was replaced and the bracelet was returned, but I like the watch on the leather strap so much I have left it on that and never refitted the bracelet. It's just dawned on me that I haven't even had a look at the new clasp to see if it's the same as the original! I have not heard of anyone else commenting on problems with their 321 clasps so let's just hope that mine was a one off. The more I think about Speedmasters the more I want to get more! |

Oh my goodness …. I’ve never heard of a failure like that before but I’m glad you got it sorted. I wear mine quite a lot and haven’t had any issues. Of course you’re absolutely right … another watch is always the best answer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It’s the 3861 moon crater band, which was originally available only for the gold 3861. Just got it for my 3861 and love it! Pretty sure will look great on the Snoopy You’re welcome! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
