Nah, the yellow sundials would clash with the rose gold.

It’s totally amazing as and a nod to the past.

After all, Newman never wore rose gold Daytonas.

Congrats!

I went through a few differently dialed Daytonas before finally ending up with the same version. It is a beautiful watch. enjoy!

so the new model got rid of the red hand and the black subdial hands, what do you guys think about it?

personally I think the red hand is what gave balls to this specific model, and while still incredible, it lost a bit of character now, as for the sub dial hands, I feel like it lost a lot of legibility .

Toughts?

I agree that it’s a far less legible and appealing dial. I think the old dial is much more appealing and functional. Ironically and sadly, a bad day for the Daytona.

I could take or leave the red chrono seconds hand, but the losing the black subdial hands is the real crime here.

I love it. The red hand looked a bit rep to me.

After 3 Daytonas I think I found THE ONE (for now)

I'm not fond of the new one. The contrasting black sub-dial hands and red seconds hand were the elements that gave the dial its distinctiveness and legibility.

Altho I kinda like the red better for the reasons I mentioned before, I don't hate the new hand, as a matter of fact I like it, I just think it loses a bit of character.

The new sub dial hands tho, kill me, they basically made them invisible
