How about this color? not Rolex, just the dial color.

I have only seen black and white enamel dials in person. However since Patek makes a blue enamel dial for the 5539G, it can't be too difficult for them to make one for a special order. Patek also makes a cream enamel dial as shown in the new 5078G and 5178G minute repeaters. Although someone mentioned a salmon enamel dial, I am not aware of Patek making an enamel dial in that color.

Enamel dials have a high failure rate during the manufacturing process and it is not that easy to make. However the color of the enamel dials do not fade over time like the lacquer dials. So you can look at an enamel dial of a pocketwatch from a 100 years ago and the dial still looks perfect.

How about a special dial for 5170P?

Which model will you like to order a special dial?

Brian my friend, why not get a special watch from Voutilainen? The experience is amazing, you get to choose exactly what youbwant, the only things you can't change are the hands and case, but can choose the color of the hands, and all the rest as well, the experience is just incredible, you choose up to the slightest details what you want, waiting for news that mine is ready, a problem with the engraving is delaying reception
In the middle here you have blue transparent enamel, under is guilloché 3D like IMG_0836.JPG

Maybe I am going to choose 5160. Maybe ask for enamel dial, change engraving pattern?

It is rare for Patek to a use a green dial, so if you ordered a watch with a green dial, it would be a rare watch.

Besides the green dial WT Mecca Edition posted above, the Aquanaut with a green dial was sold at the Sotheby's Auction in 2015 (photo attached).

I like the green dial of the Mecca with its guilloche pattern better than that on the Aquanaut.

How about a green dial watch with rubies around the bezel? I remember reading green and red are special colors in the Chinese culture.

I would not like it. I was thinking more of a minty colored green the same intensity of the salmon. Patek may not wish to make such a deep green on the 5270. No clue on this but the dials I've seen are mostly light colored or the black.

6002G is beautiful, but the case is too thick for me. Also, UK will not take any order for three years. Can't believe. Why so many people order it?

If it were my choice, I think I’d look into the possibility of what the 40th Anniversary Nautilus should’ve been, imo.

Probably WG, inc bracelet.

Far too easy, but oh so tempting!
No Thomas, it’s just something I mocked up with photo editing software, to give Brian an idea.

And just in case Neil was feeling a bit left out with no RG…

Since I love unique dials, I am in love with this thread. Ever since I saw goog53's salmon dial incoming, that was and still is my favorite Patek dial color. The mint green that was suggested would be cool too.
