Great choices. I'd go with BLRO, precious metal vs steel plus the heft factor.

Between these two, 15202, though I’d prefer the AP ROC

You want to wear it (116719) or look at it (15202)

I don't get these comments. The 15202 is nearly a daily wearer for me. I wear it with suits, sweatshirts, t-shirts and shorts and it is super comfortable and doesn't feel too delicate. The BLRO is more heavy and will scratch much easier. I think people overstate how easy it is to scratch a Royal Oak. The brushed finish is a lot harder to scratch than PCLs (especially on white gold). I am just more wrist aware and the bezel on mine is still perfect. You don't want to dent any of the sharp teeth on the bezel of the BLRO anyways. I'm not near water that often - so the low WR doesn't bother me.

This one is tougher than most recent which watch polls. Almost every time such a question is asked I take anything but Rolex. These 2 are both little seen in the wild and I am a massive RO fan but...... then again...... wow... to tough to answer

Woah never seen such a divided poll. I'd say blro, more versatile with functions, more rugged and time keeping will be excellent.

Ap is a great choice too, love the design but that price for SS is too much.

Rather get the wg and you only personally know it's wg, let the non wis world think it's ss

AP 15202 by a mile. Different class and calibre altogether. One is a a robust sports watch that happens to have a gold case. The other is haute horology.

At retail? 15202 is classic and about 15K cheaper

At trusted seller pricing? I'd actually take the BLRO

I like both!

I have a 15202 and would love to add a BLRO some day.

I’d go 15202 over BLRO. AP is haute horology and basically started a new watch genre. It’s also a lot harder to source unless you pay a premium. BLRO, I’ve seen at most Rolex boutiques and AD’s.

I’d rather have a regular Bentley over a Mercedes made out of gold.

To be honest, I’d rather have a regular LN GMT and use the balance on a vacation.

I would get the Jumbo without thinking about it twice. Just be prepared for the corresponding service costs. They really need to be serviced by AP often in Le Brassus. I wouldn't let an indie touch this watch. The edges of the bezel can be ruined and polishing the integrated bracelet is not like polishing an Oyster. Classic watch and the prices will keep going up. While the ceramic Pepsi is beautiful, I would never pay that much for a watch that is iconic in SS.

Clearwater serviced my jumbo last month. 21 days door to door under warranty so didn't cost me a dime. Also comes home with 2 year warranty on work done.

With new APs coming with a 5 year warranty like rolex I see no concern whatsoever.

I agree. I had a Jumbo for 4 years and wore it 2-3x per week. It sits flat and very thin so less likely to get bumped and scratches. When I sold it, it was still in mint condition. If you have good wrist awareness then you should be able to keep it in excellent condition.

5 years? That's great news. I was hesitant to pick up a RO because of the poor warranty and the fact that the 3120 is reported to run fast. How is the 2121 in the Jumbo? There is no seconds hand anyway so it would probably be a great watch for an OCD freak like me that checks accuracy daily! I also prefer the original 39mm size. I find the 41mm 15400 to be near the max of an acceptable size for my wrist. I can pull it off but the 39mm would look much more elegant. Another benefit is the thinness which allows for it to fit under nearly any shirt. Something that can be a problem with some sports Rolex models. IMO it looks terrible when I see someone with a watch that won't slide under the cuff.

If you want real Pepsi, get a proper 16710. The WG ceramic does not capture the colors of the original Pepsi imo.

Yes 5 years now on all new AP.

Honestly if you are super OCD in general a royal oak is a bad choice.
