Wow, I really like the blue fluted dial DJ -- really nice. But that guy's wrist is too small for most of those watches, looks like he's wearing a hubcap. He should stick to 36mm imho.

A lot of people are disappointed with Rolex releases, but Daytona on OF with meteorite dial is the best looking watch released in 2021.

I'm about a thousand percent sure it's matte. The dial is pretty interesting to say the least, Rolex does an amazing job with it's satin(matte) finish dials. They look glossy in some angles or photos but in direct light and bam, flat dark grayish brown dull color looking dial.
They wouldn't push so much for keeping the heritage of this watch and then make the dial gloss. The SD43 two tone is a similar story, and it features a satin finished dial.

Thanks. That's too bad. I owned this watch once and let it go due to the clown hands and the large boring matte dial. I am just a gloss dial person I've decided. I like staring into the inky black abyss.

Agree, had one and never liked the matte. Was hoping this was gloss but seems not.
