To Dave, Terry, and the rest of you that have taken that important and difficult challenge of quitting smoking, I seriously congratulate you all and wish you the absolute best! I know there must be difficult times, but I just think it is so great you all have decided to do this for happier and healthier (and richer) lives. My best to you all!

It's threads like this one that seem to be keeping me on the straight and narrow and I know Terry will be over here sorting me out if I stray

I also have stubbornness on my side too, I've had a few good friends here in AU tell me I don't have the kahunas to take it all the way nothing better then proving someone wrong by beating a long term habit

To all that have given up, and it does not matter if it were yesterday or 30 40 50 years ago, WELL DONE!!!!!!!!! I raise my coffee to you all!!!

And for those contemplating chucking the habit, give it a go, you have a thread here that has testimonials from many members
