You don't have to love YG but it's crazy to think YG is some relic of the 80s. YG may go up and down a bit in trends but it is here to stay. AND, many people barely born in the 80s wear YG today.

I’ve been very close to buying this watch twice. I’m not normally into YG, but the contrast is amazing. I also think the OF tones it down just enough.

These two .. are the best in the range .. still a tough choice between the two but as I already had the daytime everose chocolate full bracelet already i had to put the order in for the Wg !

It’s a fantastic watch. The extra weight and curved lugs help it wear snug on the wrist. I initially also felt it was quite steep for rubber but once I saw it in the flesh all logic went out of the window.

Hope you’re able to add it soon, I have been looking for one but these aren’t so easy to come by apparently. Did your AD have it in stock?

Unfortunately they are becoming quite scarce. My AD does not have one and has no real hope of getting one anytime soon either. I’m also after the 228206 Ice Blue Roman Sticks and 126719BLRO Meteorite though so I’ve had to prioritize my asks. Premium from greys isn’t horrible though if you are willing to go that route.

To me personally, it's the best looking Daytona in the catalogue right now. I can't buy a Daytona because it's too small and barely legible to me. If I had smaller wrists and better eyesight this WG version would be on my radar.

Overpriced for a rubber strap.

I don’t think it’s overpriced.. it’s white gold.. it’s $10k less than a full white gold 116509... I think white gold looks nothing like steel or platinum. It’s much warmer (uploaded someone else’s photo showing the difference). Also... folks complaining about rubber for the price... look at 5164A or 5164R list prices... or AP, or RM.... I think about my 5170G... it’s white gold... didn’t even get a deployant and is it that much better than a 321 omega? Hmm folks need to stop complaining about price... buy if you like it, don’t buy it if you don’t like... it you like it but don’t like the price or it’s too expensive either save your penny’s or just find something else... that’s life...

I love mine, and think it’s one of the most stunningly good looking watches I’ve ever seen. If it’s getting hype, it deserves it!

I love it so much I’ve bought my wife an Everose Daytona on OF. I’ve been sat on it a while now, it’s her birthday next month and can’t wait to give it to her, she has no idea that she’s getting it!

Most expensive case with least expensive strap. Why does that not make sense to me?

Doesn't have to please everyone. To me WG on OF is the best combination as it flies totally under the radar.

As Rolex explains it'd more than rubber: it's a high-density elastomer band encasing a flexible titanium-nickel alloy core. And it's so comfortable that you can wear it all day long without sweating. I love it.

I think everything in the Rolex lineup is currently a fad and not worth their grey market pricing, just my opinion.

It's a gorgeous watch. I had one on order for a while until they released the YM42 on Oysterflex. Personally I prefer the size of the YM as the Daytona seems to wear a little small on my wrist.

I never had the Daytona on my radar. I wasn't averse to it like some, it just never really spoke to me. Once I laid eyes on the 519LN, that all changed. I had to have it. I love mine!

I really enjoyed how the YM42 oyster looked on my wrist too. I’ve never had the pleasure of trying on the WG Daytona oyster, but the YM40 oyster wore small, at least to my eyes.
