Many well wishes on your first home James and a lovely one at that. I remember sitting at my closing on my first home and thinking "What the F@*K did I just do?" Even when you are cussing about all the fun stuff you will eventually get to do like replace the roof, windows, hot water heater etc..Nothing quite like the feeling of owning your own home.

Wow congrats. Looks really lovely.
What part of Melbourne is the house in? We lived in Mont Albert Road, Canterbury for 5 years before moving to Sydney, then on to Japan. |

Yeah David, eventually I'll have to do all of that, but the difference is that I know I'm doping it for my own place, not someone else's. Imtiaz, it's up in Eltham. Mont Albert Road, huh? My wife loves driving down that stretch - it's eaasily one of the prettiest streets in Victoria.
