Thanks to all who responded constructively- namely those who pointed out that having an even number of links on each side might actually be the issue. An even bigger thanks to those who went back to read others' responses.

I also appreciate the recommendation for the 16710, but as I've stated before, I'd rather find a way to make the BLRO work out. With a wrist size of over 7", I think it should be doable.

To all others: no, I'm not trolling (shocking, I know); yes, I'm a watch guy; no, I'm not going to replace the BLRO with a Casio.

Please, there are a million threads on this issue, ranging from discomfort and what to do, to moving links, etc. You give a "nod" to those with what you deem "constructive" responses. Seriously, "should I workout my forearms to make my watch more comfortable". This post is about as constructive as "my AD has no inventory". A "watch guy" would who would no relegate himself to a Casio should be able to apply his "watch guy" knowledge and apply common sense, or at least do a search here or online where this topic has been addressed to death. Come to think of it, if you worked out, perhaps your spare time would be spent more effectively and efficiently.

My BLRO is super comfortable and light as a feather compared to my PM's which I absolutely love for (amongst other things) their weight.
Luckily the BLRO is super hot so you should get a decent price for it. I don't really know of a lighter Rolex except perhaps the Cellini.

Apple watch.

But seriously you need a smaller watch. Stainless steel 40mm Rolex watches disappear on my wrist, feels like I'm not even wearing a watch especially with a jubilee. Guess you'll never wear pm.

The new Explorer 124270 is perfect for you.

Weight is 117g and it is VERY comfortable. After a few minutes you forget your wearing it. My Sub is 153g as a comparison and is much heavier. If you want something even lighter I believe my 16234 Datejust w Jubilee is right around 100g and is also super comfortable.

Normally my wrists don’t get tired wearing any watch, but after reading this my mind is making me thing otherwise!

I would maybe add another link and wear the watch more loose if you can.

The only piece I really feel after all day wear is a Skydweller or PM watch

Rubber strap if serious.

Panerai if you're joking. See, if you wear a Panerai with metal bracelet... then go back to the Rolex. Problem solved.

+1 for the uneven links gang. i'm 4 on the 6 side and 6 on the 12 side, I have a slightly uneven wrist when laid flat, and I prefer if the watch were to lean it leans towards me than away from me.

+1 also for the uneven links. I do not have that watch, but my DSSD is 4 links one side (6 side) and 5+Divers extension on the other (12 side). I have 7.25 inch wrists and this is a comfortable configuration for me. My wrists are also quite flat (more oval than round)

I feel like this joke works with just "Panerai, full stop..." or even "Graham."

OP, I understand what your saying, weight and not fitting very well can be very uncomfortable. Myself, due to my wrist shape makes my watches want to gravitate towards 12:00. That is unless I properly fit the bracelet. I am very active in my work and as such, subject my watches to a great deal of violent motion. A poor fitting watch can be brutal. To properly fit a watch to my wrist with the watch head centered on top and the clasp centered on the underside of my wrist, the watch bracelet ends up with a VERY short 6:00 side and longer 12:00 side.

With this setup I have worn Breitling 42mm SO's, Omega 42 mm PO's ( very heavy) 41.5 Omega SMP chronograph (also very heavy) all 24/7 without a issue. Presently I wear a 42mm SMP on a bracelet and it's so comfortable that I am hardly aware it's even on. So.... I suggest you try and get your watch properly centered for YOUR wrist and have it adjust so when your wrist swells it's barely loose. Then wear it to see if you get used to it. If not, I would sell or trade it for something lighter and with a flat back. I.E. case back well under the lug drops. It makes a huge difference. Please post how it goes for you.

OP, this is most likely a bracelet-link/watch balance issue. I have a 6.5" wrist and wear the watch with no problems, and this is how my watch is fit:

1. The inner aspect of the clasp should be centered on the wrist like so:
Batman Clasp.jpg...

2. This is how my watch is balanced/a perfect fit on my wrist:
Batman Links.jpeg

Everyone's wrist geometry is different. If I tried to wear it with an equal number of links on each side, the torque would make it unwearable.

Play around with your links.

I feel my Sea Dweller 43mm is too heavy on the steel bracelet, now it's on a Rubber B, much more comfortable now. They are sold in different lengths , if you call them they will help you get the right size.

I’m sure there are brands that offer a GMT like watch on a leather strap.

Seems like I forgot to do an update. You- and others who suggested it might be a problem with how the bracelet is set up- are absolutely right. I swapped one link from the side closer to the 6 o'clock to the opposite side, much like in your picture, and it's been comfortable since. Thanks
