Thought this was a cool picture that captured the matte dial, red text and LEC pretty well!

You nailed it with this Zulu strap amigo. As you said, unlike the NATO, the Zulu is thicker and the extra silver hardware make the strap a perfect match to the SD. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So glad to be able to finally join this group!! Only thing is I think the cyclops isn’t aligned with the date window. Seems like it’s slightly tilted when looking at it straight on. Any ideas - or is this acceptable and others have it as well on their SD43s?

I know Rubber B makes a glide-lock series but I don't like the SEL like ends vs what Rolex has with the Oysterflex.

And Everest only makes a strap with a tang buckle.

SD43 Tip
Hey everyone. Purchase a SD43 one year ago. I’m a Navy guy and wear the watch daily (hard on it) ran into really slow times, low amp, and date change at 15min after. Took it in for service and found poor lubrication and a scared second wheel. In case you into the same, looks like a simple service does the trick. Today the watch is 1.5s fast. Lately it’s been up to 1hr slow a day. I haven’t gotten it back yet, but the technician (wizard) told me that was it. Hope this helps anyone in the future.
