Welcome to the club. A fine choice for your first Rolex.

I'm currently on a waiting list for the BLNR and it'll be my first Rolex. I was lucky enough to try one on at my local AD and I can't wait for my own to come in!

Was playing around with the optical zoom in my new iPhone 7plus and managed to get a nice shot of the etched crown!

My wife says this is the least favourite of my watches. I told her that's divorce talk.

Great pictures guys! Just a quick question: Do you feel that the blue "pops" too much sometimes? Only seen the watch shortly indoors under artificial lighting and the blue was much "calmer" than most pictures here. Also scared that the blue might "clash" when wearing more colorful clothing, like a green polo shirt during summer. Contemplating between the BLNR and the LN as my first Rolex...

The blue is perfect IMO. Subtle under most light conditions, and really only pops when under direct light. It wears well with anything

The BLNR Gmt Owners' Club.
The BLNR is my first Rolex. It certainly is subtle under indoor lighting; please go to a shop and test it in metal before deciding. TBH I was torn between the subc and this; in the end went for the more elegant one and am fully happy. Next watch will be a TT sub

I take it you still haven't decided then! The blue works well with anything, even when I wear a green polo! Never thought that it clashes etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Been a BLNR owner for a while now, don't think I posted in here yet.
Here is mine in next to the only bedroom set worthy of BLNR .... LOL!! (We were at the pottery barn kids yesterday and I saw this bedroom set - how cool is that! ... would love to buy it for my son but he is already spoiled. The 'car' bed picture is a stock picture from their website... didn't capture it in my shot.)

Just joined the club. This is my first Rolex and my first post. I travel for work every week and I stop in the local ADs when in each city looking for this watch. I stopped in one in Louisville Ky this past week and surprisingly they had one but it wasn't in the case. I had never actually seen one in person so I didn't know what to expect. I was never so happy to had over my credit card as I was at that moment. The lady i was working with said she wishes she had a picture of my face when I put it on my wrist.
I tried to haggle but they said not a chance. They offered to ship it to me for free to avoid the sales tax but I was hooked and didn't want to take it off. i am not sure if there is a 10 post rule to post pictures but i will give it a go. Brad |
