Very interesting. Nothing on the website yet.
Judging by the date, this article was supposed to be published tomorrow.

Not loving that in photos but maybe it’ll look better in person. I still prefer the 16202ST for the white metal. And for PM 16202OR and 16202BA or BC

Looks like the page was taken down, I'm not getting anything when I click on this link.

Anyone get a chance to screenshot it?

I assume AP reminded them what "embargo" means, but once the cat is out of the bag, that's it.

Glad to see AP experimenting with the Jumbo. Will be interesting to see (someday) if we get a 41mm or Jumbo time/date only CE.

Personally, I am hoping they keep ceramic away from the jumbo.

If someone reads japanese with the wayback machine it can be read: https://web.archive.org/web/20230130...l-is-fantastic

Hodinkee has press pics, SJX had real pics.

Totally agree. Not a fan of the PP Calatravas with that similar dial as you said. But yes it’s one to see in the flesh maybe but I prefer the Steel 16202 and Rose Gold 16202 by far.

I am sure I am the outlier but not a fan of this new asphalt dial 16202, would have liked it more in an aventurine dial for that aesthetic.

Andrew McCutchen posted on Insta - looks like there’s a new variation of the RD2 coming… also said that it’s a big day for AP today so I’m guessing we’ll see new models today too.
My life currently consists of checking this thread and instagram

I think the grained dial 16202 looks amazing! Even better than the normal 16202. From certain angles it gives the aventurine appearance of the CODE QP.

Here few other photos.
I think the dial looks great, resembling what Patek did for the two Calatrava models, with the difference that AP has done this dial before for the 30th anniversary of the RO.

The article from Sjx was dated 2nd Feb before it was removed. So new releases should be today.
With the release of the WG Jumbo, I think the chances of seeing ceramic Jumbo this year are minimal. Ceramic Jumbo will break the internet and overshadow the ROO 30th.
Perhaps in 2025 for the 150th anniversary.

Man they need to bring the Millenary back properly. Give it more of a monochrome color combo and we are all set!
