No, not yet! The service is supposed to be completed by mid-August. I reached out to Betsy and she said that the manufacture has been closed until next Monday due to the summer vacation. I will know for sure next week when I will be receiving the watch back. Can't wait.

Expect a huge picture thread and review of the watch.

Are you serious???

I got this email from Betsy on Monday 6th.

Dear Mr. XXXXXX,

I am following up with our manufacturer in Switzerland concerning the delivery of your timepiece. They have been closed for their annual summer vacation and reopen on Monday August 13th, so I may not have a definite answer until Monday as to the exact date we will receive your timepiece back. The moment I have the information I will call or e-mail you.

I have also sent a reminder e-mail concerning the dial and letter of value. I have also asked to include the hands and calendar wheel.

Regards,

Betsy XXXX

Yes Im dead serious, They might not be 110% working and they have closed for summer but I talked with the service department two weeks ago regarding a estimate I needed to confirm.

Ps. The letter of value is BS and way overpriced its just a folded A5 paper

AP in the US is closed until Monday 13th. Confirmed from 3 ADs. Frustrating, but just a few days. I am waiting on an answer for something, and AD can't get in contact until Monday.

You AD could just be buying time to get ahold of the watch for you

Yes, when my family was in Prague last week, the AD said factory was closed for vacation. I think they said they would open on the 14th?
