I have the exact choice mate. Daytona is the best. Never look back at sub or gmt anymore since I get my hands on a daytona.

Pick only 1 Steel Sport Model
As a second entry into the thread I can honestly say that for me it is the Explorer II 16570. Why you might ask? There are several reasons.

1) It is a fly under the radar Rolex.
2) It has a GMT function and is perfect for travel especially when combined with reason 1.
3) It is one of the best bang for the buck Rolex watches. Although the price on the secondary market for these is increasing it is still a relative bargain.
4) It doesn't have a tiring color scheme like my 16700 did. The only way I could wear that was with a black insert. Otherwise it screamed GMT to me.
5) It's got a date function.

For me with my other watches being a Pt Daytona and a Day-Date this makes a perfect third stainless steel watch!!
