A thank you card to the SA and dessert for the staff would be a nice gesture. Anything coming from a good place and just being human will be appreciated. We all like to feel appreciated. Relationships are important. People will often remember how you make them feel.

Think about this, I gifted a nice bottle of wine and a $100 Starbucks gift card with my last purchase (about 10 days ago). I got the call yesterday that my 126710BLRO was ready for pick up.

It's a good thing. If I get a blue skyD on jubilee my SA is getting a 13" MacBook Pro and $250 to Saks.
