Wiffer's new toy today

Caliber #282 Precision 1960's 18K/Dia bezel cocktail watch from Shellman vintage shop on the 3rd fl of Shinjuku Isetan. May have overpaid a bit but unpolished and elegant as Hepburn and the store is beyond reproach. My 1803 is shaking martinis now.

Thank you kindly. 282's are not uncommon at the vintage shops here given the smaller diameters of wrists however we had never seen one with a Dia bezel and this mesh bracelet.

Vanjames, the Ginza watch district is always fun for new and all the shops inside Nakano Broadway building particularly Jack Road/Betty Road and Kamekichi for used. Station is Nakano next to Shinjuku- any concierge can direct you.

Eonflux, yes manual wind. Quartz was still 20+ years in the future and too small for a rotor

Cheers
