Rikki at Time Care just did a routine service of my Pam 104.
Rikki is well known for his expertise with servicing and refurbing Rolex but he also services many other brands. Rik has serviced my Rolex in the past with outstanding results.
Recently I sent Rik my 7 year old Panerai 104 for a routine service and my Bell & Ross ceramic military for regulation. The Pam kept good time but both watches needed a recent appraisal for a new insurance policy update. The Panerai didnt need any extensive polishing and I asked Rik to polish it. The Pam 104 came back looking great and keeping a +1 second a day time keeping. The B&R didnt respond so well with just a regulation. Even though its 2 years old, it looks like it will need a service as its time keeping was nothing to write home about. Once your use to +3 and under time keeping, its hard to live with -10 seconds so I am going to let Rik take another crack at the B&R and see how good he can make it. I will post follow up results just to see how a good a basic ETA movement can be regulated. Rik's info http://www.timecareinc.com/ |

I live about 45 mins from his "shop" and can attest to his excellent work. He got my SeaMaster worked out and keeping insanely accurate time for a 19yr old watch. He also brought my uncles solid gold DD back from the dead. It was 20 years old, daily wearer and looked like hell. It came back like new!

While he was not able to address the movement change I needed to get an old watch of dad’s working again, he was awesome in his effort to assist.
Sent watch to him so he can locate a movement, did leg work and did not charge me a dime. Unfortunately, looks like there is no fixing this old dog. Returned the watch to me in the same condition I sent it. Would not hesitate to use him again.

He’s a real pro, great guy. He overhauled an older Breitling seawolf I bought and had it in top shape in a few weeks.
