Interesting to note, I’ve seen some 5 and 6 year old models selling at £500 more than new retail price.
A sign of its growing popularity?
I believe so.

The white dial, I've had it for almost 3 years now. Just bought the black dial earlier this year.

I am an EXP 2 guy, but do we need all the wrist pictures of a well known model? Just seems to be using to much bandwidth.

I guess that we could just post one picture of every watch and be down with it. But to answer your question, yes, we do Ken.

Don’t own one, but like the Polar a lot. I don’t care much about the resale value.

Gentlemen and ladies, I‘m new here and own a Explorer I (214270) and have a Exp II 16570 V-series comming in. Now my question to you: am I able to swap the old flip lock clasp on the 16570 with the oyster-lock from my 214270?
I know I will have the answer as soon as the 16570 arrives but maybe some of you tried.
Thx

Great photos of exii, I think this is a very special sporty line from Rolex that looks real different from Sub/GMT.

The Explorer II Enigma

Mine next to my late dad’s in 2013

Thinking about my hero!

My mom wore it while her gold datejust was serviced earlier this year. That was great to see

I wish that Rolex would go back to the original non-Mercedes hands for the black model. Too late for me though. My money has already been spent.

And I just noticed that it keeps better time than my new explorer II.

Despite not wearing everyday. That is a tribute to the watch and watchmaker who serviced it a few years back.

I will need to regulate my new exp2 when I will wear it again
