Ebony and Ivory...
Flipped my 114060 for a new Sub Date. It is the perfect "brother" for my Polar. Now to get ready for more snow.

They go together in perfect harmony, side-by-side... Great Combo, Congratz on the Sub!
My Ebony 1996 and Big Brother Ivory 1985 say, "Hi!"

Seems there is a brotherhood of this combination. It does cover a lot of ground in our functional and fashion need states

For me..better
Frankly, the SubC bored me. It's not like I can't get along without a date complication - I wore my first Speedy exclusively for over a decade - but, in my case with the Sub, the whole perfectly symmetrical face was boring. I like some asymmetry in my life as a designer. I know the No Date is an homage to the original, classic Submariner form - it just didn't do it for me. I think the SubC Date may just be the perfect watch....for me.
