Yes, but be sure not scratch the caseback of the watch with the wedding ring when putting the watch on or taking it off.

Absolutely. I thought of getting a new WG wedding band to wear with my SS watches. I decided not to since my YG band was what my wife gave me when we got married and I didn't feel right about switching it out.

Sure it can be pulled off. Just put it back on when she’s around.

I had same dilemma, wound up switching from a YG wedding band to a cobalt chrome wedding band. I think it works much better having the watch and band both SS or similar metal

Every second rolex guy is wearing a ss watch and a gold ring. No sure how this came to be a question.

sure, you'll be two tone. conversely Platinum Benchmark rings are sold as "amazon collection" and are really reasonable. I think I paid 567 (6mm? maybe 7mm comfort polished) for mine. which I then never wore. I was quoted like 3k from a Las Vegas jeweler for the same ring.

Wedding rings are the one piece of men’s jewelry that is universally accepted as being exempt from style restrictions to the rest of your wardrobe. A wedding ring is a matching extension with your spouse, so as long as it gives you a sense of unity with your spouse while gazing at it, anything goes.
Assuming it still bothers you, no harm in purchasing a TT. ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Try platinum, it is reasonable and will look nice for a long time unlike WG ring loosing luster in circa 2 years when it will have to be replated.

I have a white gold wedding band and I don't like the way it looks with my yellow gold watches. But I wear them together anyways because well I'm married and I'm not giving up a yellow gold rolex because it doesn't go with my ring. I've thought about getting another wedding band to swap out but then realized I was overthinking things. Did I mention I like watches of all metals?

I have a, some might say “loud,” Bulgari wedding band that looks perfect with my SS watches. Jewelry doesn’t have to match....but I really have no business commenting on anybody’s fashion sense.

I went with platinum for my wedding band. I'm just not a YG kind of guy...
In your case, of course a stainless watch will look fine with a gold band. |

Would anyone really get a different wedding ring once married to match a watch?? Isn’t worrying about ring matching watch beyond any concern in the big picture of being married?

basically you're worried about what other people think. Buy and wear what you like and piss on what others think.

Yes it is and for those of us who wear our watch on the right wrist, it is a bigger non issue.

Quote:
Some who had a civil ceremony may be wearing different wedding rings for many reasons. Granted that matching a watch may not be top of the list. In some cultures at different times men didn’t wear wedding rings. Personally, the big picture to me is that wearing the ring signifies loving devotion to one’s spouse. But in and of itself, wearing the very same ring you first wore isn’t the big picture. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
