WHAT ARE YOUR OPINIONS ON THIS WATCH? ITS THE JAMES BOND SPECIAL EDITION WITH A ROTATING 'BULLET' ON THE BACK. THE BULLET ACTUALLY SPINS ITS PRETTY AWESOME! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3azw...feature=fvwrel

Nice update to the Seamaster line. I didn't know the bullet spins? Is it attached to the movement?

The question marks are because this is in the wrong forum area. Been there done that. It'll be moved shortly to the omega section.

I would go with the standard Seamaster. IMHO better watch but if it does it for you, go for it.

I agree, but to each their own. I have 2 Seamasters and I like them a lot. However, when I have looked at any of the Bond models I always thought they were much too commercial for my taste. But that's just me.

I love my Speedy and SMP (2254), but all the Bond LE's seem too commercial with this latest one being way over the top imho. (go standard SMP)

On the other hand I like all of the Speedmaster Limited Editions.

I used to have a gun barrel dial LE for a year. Wore it about 5x and decided it is not me. Just can't get over the commercial on the dial and second hand. Recently sold for the price I paid.for it and bought a pre-owned 2254.50. Now I am happy...

It's just the engraving detail they put on the center of the rotor. As the rotor moves, so does the "bullet".

I'd take a standard Seamaster over that any day of the week.

To me any SM300 in black just doesn't feel right.

Actually I'm quite the opposite. Though I don't particularly like any 007 branded SMP, the blacks look much nicer than the blues. The black color is just more practical.

It looks really cool to me (although Ariel needs a new camera). The price is ridiculous though. For that money, I'd be firmly in PO territory.
