178240 > 178344 Bezel swap question?
I want to put a Diamond Galaxy bezel from a 178344 on my wife's 178240 midsize 31mm date-just.
Is it possible? The gentleman who was going to sell me one said that after some research he didn't think it would work due to the compression ring used on the 178344. Hoping an expert will chime in. Thank you in advance. |

Here are some pics. On the surface the only difference is the bezel. I find it hard to imagine they use a different bezel securing system...

I'm not sure why I can't get the pic of the 178240 to display correctly. However, it looks the same as the pic above sans the diamonds in the bezel.

These are simply press fit on, and VERY EASY to swap out. Please let me know if you need a step by step.
