Currently own a 16700 dated 1993. How can I tell if any of it has been replaced?

If they have been replaced with Luminova, a quick flash of light would give them a bright glow, tritium activated lume is not activated by light.
If they were replaced with original tritium activated lume, you wouldn't know. Would it really affect your enjoyment of a great reference to find out that the previous owners took care of, and maintained, their watch?
