Yes you are right.
It is slightly off center.
Many of them are, it is between the standard.

I would be more bothered by the off-centered date wheel than the cyclops.

Yeah, cyclops slightly rotated but it does look like the date is very left justified in the window, which is slightly odd.

It does look crooked. Once I had seen that, I could not unsee it and the watch would be off to Rolex for a replacement.

Same, unless it’s just the angle of the photo

EDIT: it does look pretty straight on.

Extremely minimal misalignment if any. You are being way to picky IMO.

It looks to me like the crystal is installed a small fraction of a degree clockwise from where it should be. It wouldn't bother me.

Parallax?

Are you sure your camera was orthogonal to the head?

The crystal is pretty well aligned but not dead accurate. Is this a watch you’re considering buying? The crown guards are highly polished in case you are evaluating condition

It’s slightly out but it’s the smallest amount for me I’d say don’t worry about it

If you stare at it, it does look slightly down to the lower right.

If you just look quick, like you’re checking the time, it looks fine. I would leave it be.
