Condition

This is a very clean example of a Seiko LordMatic day-date with printed Roman indices on a light silver linen dial. The monobloc case has probably been polished at some point, but looks very nice in the metal. Click or tap here for macro pics.

Service history is unknown but the 5606 movement is keeping excellent time and running strong (see timegrapher pic below), with the quick-set day (English or Kanji) and quick-set date change working as it should. Click or tap here for a short clip of that happening.

Production date: July 1972.
Case: 37mm x 10mm.
Lug width: 18mm.
Lug to Lug: 41mm.
Movt: Automatic Seiko 5606, 25 jewels, hacking, quickset day and date. Details here.
BPH: 21,600.
Crystal: Hardlex.
Waterproof: No.
Strap: Brand new, unworn SEIKO leather strap.
