Vintage Rolex, can someone help please?

I am new to the forum and not really an expert for Rolex watches. So first of all, thanks for having me.
I came across a beautiful vintage Rolex Precision but can't find anything about the watch. Can someone help please?

The dial and hands are fake but the lugs are a shape that has been seen on a Rolex in the past. We would need more pics. This could be one of those old converted pocket watch movement watches which the only thing Rolex is the movement.

We need to see a pic of the back, the inside of the case back and a pic of the movement.
