New Aqua Terra 41

I’ve had my eye on the AT for years now, through the different editions, bought several other watch brands in the meantime. Dial colors, strap or bracelet, large case or small, I always thought it was a such a great looking watch.

Saw my AD last month, he had just what I wanted in the case, mulled it over and over, finally pulled the trigger this week. I’ve always like the Omega sports line, ever since I picked up my Planet Ocean 2500 some twelve years ago, from the same AD.

A bracelet wasn’t really a consideration, I was sold on the grey dial and grey strap for a while, as soon as I saw it. And while the 38mm was in my sweet spot (7.25” wrist) the grey dial only comes in 41mm, and the lug to lug is 47.5mm, less than my 49mm limit.

The strap gives the watch a different look, feels great, the deployant clasp is smooth and easy, and the rubber makes it a year round watch.

The entire shopping experience with Omega couldn’t be better, I’ve tried on watches at boutiques and other AD’s - great watches, plenty of choices, you can walk in and walk out with the watch you want. And made especially enjoyable with my AD, who seems to treat everyone who walks in to the shop like a valued customer. Cheers!

Beautiful watches, both of them. I really like the new 38mm red dial version. Everything about it looks really nice. Are these comfortable?

Looks terrific, contratulations. Agree on the strap. Omega makes the best straps and deployants in the business.

Thanks for all the comments.

Yes, the 41mm is comfortable on my wrist, the curved lugs make for a nice fit. And the strap and clasp are terrific, only other clasp that is comparable is on my Breitling, also smooth and easy to operate.

Showed it to my older son, he’s had his eye on my IWC, but now…
