I think they match up well. I always match the belt with the shoes in both color and material. Go for it.

Hope they are not our crocs. If you are wearing those boots, don't thin you need to worry too much about what matches they are making a big statement.

This. I have a brown Ralph Lauren gator belt and only wear it with smooth brown shoes/boots.

A good old fashioned spit shine on your toecaps will make them appear mirror gloss as the belt
