Purchased my 1st Speedy today

I have always admired the Speedmaster. Today I was in my local AD and the manager told me that he has a something I may want. They recently moved into a new building and while moving had come across a new, unsold 3210.50.00.

One look and I had to have it! I'm sure I paid a little more than the average going price. But I'm the first to wear it.
More. Date is 2011.

Thank you for all the nice replies. It's a "little" larger than i'm used to at 40mm vs my 36mm DJ and OP. But the short lug length makes it pretty comfortable on my 6.75" wrist. I really like it and it seems to run well at +2 per day.

I am not antiquated with the 1164 movement but seems to be doing fine after sitting 9 years in a box. I have had a 42 mm P.O. skyfall 8500 and a 41 AT 8900 in the past. But sold them both as they sat just a little to big on my wrist.

Kinda regretted selling them. especially the P.O. Great watch. But recently found a 39.5 P.O. with the 8800 for sale. Thinking hard on going back to all Omega again. Tough watches.

That is hilarious. Their inventory system must be crap. I wonder what else they found.
