vman, why the hate? I like the extra travel case within the box.
Most boxes are useless but this one, because of the travel case, becomes useful and is functional.

I agree regarding the functionality but I don't like the style (it looks dated) and the quality. It is faux leather and mine is deteriorating quickly, even with my sporadic use.
