Anyone used DavidSW 1 year warranty?
Hi,
If you buy a watch from DavidSW which is already out of the Rolex warranty, then he will provide you 1 year his own warranty. Anyone did ever use that service before? If yes, please do share your experience. Thanks. |

Service no. But I purchased an Explorer II from that ended up having a leak. Emailed David, within 48 hours I had a replacement Explorer II sitting on my wrist. Very prompt response, very apologetic. I’ve always been abundantly pleased with his communication and service.

I purchased a 2007 Datejust from him in 2016. I had an issue with time keeping after receiving it. I called him he said he would have it taken care of immediately, i was so excited to have my first Rolex i didnt want to send it off that soon. He let me wear it a few months and when i was ready i emailed, he sent me a prepaid label for shipping, he walked me though the mailing instructions and i sent it back to him. He used Orlando Watch Company for the service, they had it back to me within a few weeks and it was running well. So A+ for David.
