Jaeger-LeCoultre
Anyone have a Master Control Chronograph Calendar 4138420?
https://www.jaeger-lecoultre.com/us/...r/4138420.html Seriously thinking of adding this to my Bluesy Sub and Pepsi GMT collection. Seems like a great watch full of complications for the money. |

I don't own one and I haven't seen one in the flesh but I'm guessing nothing can touch the quality and complications for the price.

I love it and have strongly considered it in the past.
I think you’d be heard pressed to find a better watch at that price.

Outstanding watch. I love the pulsometer calibration & have had it on my wrist at the JLC Boutique.
Based on the pre-release pix I thought I would probably buy it on 1st sight, but my 1st impression was that the font for all the numbers on the watch was really small and thin & I held off. Maybe I had computer eye fatigue that day, & really love the watch, so definitely going to look at it again.

I'm seriously considering this as well. Visually stunning. The combination of the JLC brand/movement/complications at its price point is most impressive. I'm waiting to try it on to make sure it fits well on my wrist. This will likely be the timepiece I wear most often.

Looks great, but if it stops, you will spend an afternoon resetting it.

Great posts above all
My boutique here doesn't have that model but they have others. I was told September at best for them to get this model and other customers wanted one also. I placed a deposit with JLC from their website-with my local salesperson's encouragement-and they say August or so. Didn't know this would be a challenge to acquire. But all good. |

Those current jjaeger le coultre offerings are beautiful and strong. You can’t go wrong with those. But maybe you could go for something more dressy

I am considering buying one as well, 4138420 or 4128420.

Beautiful! JLC have some incredibly compelling offerings.
Think the only thing close would be a preowned Blancpain Quantiemme Complet flyback, but it's about 18 times the size...

Looks great on site. Had a privilege of checking it out in person and was not impressed. The dial is too busy and calendar windows sit pretty deep. Unfortunately, I have to pass.
