It is the thickness that has me worried, I can carry off the dial size as I have a flat wrist.

I am ready to pull the trigger but it seems that most ways of getting it here are online, after a huge search I have managed to source one in a shop in Coventry (about 2.5 miles drive one way) so will make a day of it next week.

Thanks for the pics Adam and Michelle, if you have any others showing the thickness on wrist I would very much appreciate it.
Hi Dave , the watch you’ve found in Coventry, is it the green one?
I wear my deep forest almost daily; I find it to heavy on the bracelet, but it’s very comfortable worn on the silicon straps. It doesn’t feel too heavy and stays nicely in place on my wrist. I’ll try to take some more pics and post today.
It keeps great time to- mine runs about +5 seconds a day .
The only negative that I can think of is the price.... it’s gone over it’s MSRP, at least online and in Ontario, where I found mine . But if you appreciate this watch enough, it’s still worth every penny. I believe it will hold some value on resale as well .
Best of luck!

Unfortunately not Michelle, it is just the normal Marinemaster in black, they tried but that is the only one they have. I have always wanted a MM and think that it is time to get one.

I really appreciate your help with the photos.

I did ask if they could get one of the green and got this back in a e mail this morning (Copy and pasted)

"Good morning,

I have contacted Seiko regarding SLA019J and they have said that there is no stock available of that model and it is due to be discontinued unfortunately so we won't be able to get hold of one. Apologies for this.
Kind regards"

Here are a couple of wrist shots from different angles. Yes the watch is a beast but honestly I find it comfortable to wear ( on the straps)

Thank you very much Michelle, that watch looks fabulous on your wrist and not too large, I am sure it will look good (if not as good as yours) on my larger wrist.

Thank you once again.

That subtle touch of red does add a classiness to the watch!
