Where to buy leather strap

Hi all,

What happened is that i just ordered my Tudor black bay in bracelet but i would like to have both options (leather as well). However, i can't justify spending $500+ for just a leather strap from Tudor. So do you know where to get a similar type of brown leather strap with contrast stitching that look like one in the photo below? Please share and thanks alot

I would either contact Everest or source a Hermes strap. Do it once, and do it right!!

Bas & Lokes or Bulang & Sons both make amazing leather for about $150. If you wana go less but still custom then try Genteel Handmade. For even less and custom there’s Clover straps. If you want mass produced then Hirsch is good or Colareb

Remember even the best quality leather straps will have a lifespan. The leather absorbs moisture and over time it will wear. Obviously some are more robust than others so do bear that in mind when picking. My santoni made (for IWC) croc band lasted about 1.5 years before I can’t wear it anymore as it looks too shabby. Your location and exposure to humidity will play a big role in this.

Take a look at the Fluco Tan Snow Calf strap available from Holben’s Watchbands Website. It’s a nice German Made strap for less than $30. I’ve purchased several Fluco straps and have found the quality to be very good.

Aaron at combat straps is the best option! He is on this forum or just google combats straps. They are out of Canada and have the best straps.

I ordered a strap for an 1803 from WatchGecko and was very happy with it. They have a nice selection and multiple price points.

THIS. I love Hermes straps! I've had a Hodinkee on a Sub once and it was nice but tapered a little too much at the clasp. Not sure it would be the case with this watch though.

922leather. That dude doesn't make straps from crap materials like some of the options that have been mentioned. Look him up online.

You have to buy them at one of their boutiques and act like it is a replacement for one of their watches. Kind of hard but well worth the run around.

Nothing like old eBay, for £10 you get a “genuine“ crocodile , so genuine you will get rush on your wrist and it will still itch you, even 5 days after you have thrown away the strap.
And you can get as a bonus a tool to fix the strap, not the right size of course so you scratch the lugs and you curse the day you decided to go cheap. “What could go wrong, it is only £10.” -that’s me-

Now that you are ready to un-bracelet, you have so many great options. I recommend at least one each of black and a brown shade.

+1 . I love their quality...own tons of leather from them. We own expensive watch...might as well dress it up with high quality strap. It does make a huge difference when you pair it up with another top of the line strap.

If you don't want to attract thugs looking at your watch or have any bad ideas, then a leather strap is the perfect solution....It's low key and it looks beautiful.

Bulang & Sons really know their way around leather.

I bought a bluish grey strap for my IWC mark xviii, and within a couple of weeks it aged perfectly !.. great quality.

All three below are from Bulang & Sons.
