Buying my FIL a Speedy!
I am very excited to present this to my FIL next week. He busted his butt over the last five years on a deal that made everyone in the extended family a nice little chunk of change. Of course, half the family was unappreciative, hell some even complained it wasn't enough, so me, my wife and her sister are going in on this watch to thank him.
It is to replace an old Omega, can't remember which one, that was stolen from him three years ago. I bought it from DavidSW so of course if was an outstanding transaction. |

Thanks everyone! The girls are 100% certain he will cry.
Being the watch guy, I had fun figuring out which watch to get in this price range. I thought this was the best for him for several reasons... great story behind this watch, casual (already has a dress watch), not too big and, of course, its an Omega to replace his prior one. Have a great weekend everyone. I might try to post a pic of the FIL with his new watch next week. |
