Has anyone gotten theirs yet?

I have a ballpoint with my name on it en route and the dealer keeps hearing "any day now".

I had hoped to pick it up this weekend, but no luck

Best,
Skip

I contacted a Rolex AD that also sells MB and they added my name to the list for the Mark Twain BP. It will be my 4th BP in the Writers series and it appears one the nicest designs from the pictures. I plan to visit a MB boutique this weekend and hopefully see one on display.

Does anyone have an idea of the price point for the three versions? It's a bit too flashy to be a pen I bring to work on a daily basis but I'd love to have one in my collection.

Listed price -
Set - FP, MP, BP USD2470
FP USD960
RB USD755
BP USD755
MP comes from a set and can't buy individually. The above came from FPH.

The more I look at a picture of the fountain pen...the more I want one. When are they due to hit the stores again?

In stock at Troy, MI MB Boutique

Just saw the MT for the first time on Saturday.
Beautiful pen but very expensive at $750.
Maybe my MB AD will cut me a deal on one.

The good news is that I got the call today and my Mark Twain is in...the bad news? I can't pick it up until Saturday

Sorry skip...

Btw what is the difference between the rollerball and the ballpoint? In pics I've noticed one has a screw on cap like the fp. Which one is that?

The rollerball uses the cap, similar to a fountain pen. Ballpoints use a twist mechanism.

A local MB dealer is holding a Mark Twain BP for me to pick up on Monday.
I convinced my wife that it is the perfect gift for my 60th birthday next month since Mark Twain and I share the same initials.

Chris, when you have a chance go to MontBlanc's web site they are really beautiful and would love to buy the Limited version fountain pen but alas too much money. So I''l go for the Special Edition which retails for $920.00USD

Picked up the MB Mark Twain BP yesterday that my AD ordered for me.
This one is at the top of the list of my Writers Series favorites.

Congrats Mark!

Leo, I'm checking out the mb website right now...

I love the guitar on the cap! When will they release it?

Kai, I do not object to the Mark Twain...if I had more ready cash I would buy one. Now I'm waiting for FPH to get in their stock of the John Lennon because they have a $90.00 dollar discount and no sales tax.....beats the boutique!!!
