Do any of you know what this car is?

I cannot figure out what it is. It's beautiful.

I can find a lot of cars close to it. But I can't pin it down.

It's from a recent ad I saw for Salvatore Ferragamo. But I'll be damned if I'm completely stumped.

I was going to guess Alfa but mine was a pure guess and Bas sounds far more confident in his answer.

Not sure what your price range is but there are very few good looking vintage cars that aren't expensive

There are several beautiful vintage Italian cars to be had for a somewhat reasonable price. A cabriolet is not going to be one of those.

Maybe take a look at the Lancia Fulvia Zagato?

I would say now is a bad time to buy anything vintage. Wait for the next crash, then loot and pillage the market
